Terms of Service — DocsChat

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, installing the DocsChat widget, or querying our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Provision & Multi-Model Inference

DocsChat provides tools to train conversational AI agents on company documentation. While we implement high-fidelity RAG with strict ground-truth prompt constraints, generative outputs are probabilistic and should be reviewed for mission-critical operations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DocsChat to upload unlawful material, conduct unauthorized surveillance, generate malicious code, or distribute spam. Abuse of our web crawler or API endpoints may result in immediate suspension.

4. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

You retain all right, title, and interest in your uploaded content and data. DocsChat claims no ownership over your documents, vector embeddings, or generated responses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocsChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or AI-generated output.
